AgileConqueror publishes Void Mission: Space Watch Face and respects the privacy of the people who use it. This policy explains what information is involved when you use the App, who else is involved in handling it, and how to get in touch about it.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how AgileConqueror handles information in connection with Void Mission: Space Watch Face (the “App”), published on Google Play.

It applies to this App only. Other AgileConqueror apps are published with their own policies, because the features and the services they rely on differ.

If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use of the App. Where local law gives you rights over your information, this policy does not limit them.

Information we may process

The App will be distributed through Google Play. As part of publishing it, AgileConqueror declares its data handling in the privacy questionnaire that store requires, and that declaration will be shown publicly on the App’s store listing. It is made to match the description below.

  • Void Mission does not collect, store, share or sell personal data.
  • It is a watch face built only from design resources: it contains no program code, requests no permissions and makes no network connections.
  • The time, battery level, step count, weather and other readings it shows are supplied by Wear OS and displayed on the watch. Void Mission does not send them anywhere.
  • Complications show information from other apps that you choose. Those apps handle their own data under their own privacy policies.
  • Void Mission is a paid app. The purchase is handled by Google Play, and no payment details reach the watch face.
  • It contains no advertising and no analytics.

Separately from the App, Google processes information about installs, purchases and crashes under its own privacy policy. AgileConqueror may see aggregated reports through the developer console Google provides.

Information you provide

When you contact AgileConqueror for support, you send us your email address along with whatever you choose to include — typically a description of the problem, your device model, your operating system version and the App version. That correspondence is used to answer you and to investigate the issue you reported.

Content you create inside the App — entries, progress, preferences and similar — is handled by the App as described on its store listing. The App does not require you to create an account.

Advertising

Void Mission: Space Watch Face is published without advertising. No third-party advertising network is included in the App.

Third-party services

The App relies on the following external services. Each operates under its own terms and privacy policy, and only the services listed here are used by this App.

  • Google Play — distribution, app updates and payment processing for purchases made on Android

Data retention

How long information is kept depends on what it is and why it was processed. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and to keep a record of it. Information held by Google or another service provider is retained according to that provider’s own policies.

Content the App stores on your device is under your control: removing it in the App, or uninstalling the App, removes it from the device. Uninstalling does not delete records held by Google about your purchases.

Children’s privacy

Void Mission: Space Watch Face is not directed at children, and AgileConqueror does not knowingly solicit personal information from children. Age ratings for the App are shown on its store listing.

Google provides parental controls, including restrictions on in-app purchasing, on the devices it supports.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to AgileConqueror, contact us at agileconqueror@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Security

AgileConqueror takes reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information the App handles.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Keeping your device and its operating system up to date, and protecting your store account, are important parts of keeping your information safe.

International processing

The App is distributed internationally, and the service providers described above operate infrastructure in more than one country. Information handled by those providers may therefore be processed in a jurisdiction other than your own, subject to the safeguards each provider applies under its own privacy policy and applicable law.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated as Void Mission: Space Watch Face changes or as the services it relies on change. When it is, the effective and last-updated dates at the top of this page are revised, and the current version always remains available at this address. Material changes will be reflected in the App’s store listing declarations as well.
