AgileConqueror publishes Starbase Adventures and respects the privacy of the people who use it. This policy explains what information is involved when you use the App, who else is involved in handling it, and how to get in touch about it.

Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how AgileConqueror handles information in connection with Starbase Adventures (the “App”), published on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
It applies to this App only. Other AgileConqueror apps are published with their own policies, because the features and the services they rely on differ.
If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use of the App. Where local law gives you rights over your information, this policy does not limit them.
Information we may process
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. As part of publishing it, AgileConqueror declares its data handling in the privacy questionnaires those stores require. Those declarations are shown publicly on the App’s store listing, and they are reproduced here so this policy and the store listing stay consistent.
App Store privacy declaration: “Data Not Collected” — the developer does not collect data from this app.
Store declarations are made by the developer and are not independently verified by Apple or Google. They may change as the App changes; the version shown on the store listing is always the current one.
Separately from the App, Apple and Google process information about installs, purchases and crashes under their own privacy policies. AgileConqueror may see aggregated reports through the developer consoles those companies provide.
Information you provide
When you contact AgileConqueror for support, you send us your email address along with whatever you choose to include — typically a description of the problem, your device model, your operating system version and the App version. That correspondence is used to answer you and to investigate the issue you reported.
Content you create inside the App — entries, progress, preferences and similar — is handled by the App as described on its store listing. Where the App offers to sync or back up that content, doing so is your choice.
In-app purchases and subscriptions
Starbase Adventures offers in-app purchases and subscriptions. All payment transactions are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play using the payment method on your store account.
AgileConqueror does not receive or store your card number, bank details or billing address. What reaches the App is the entitlement itself — whether a purchase or subscription is active — so that the corresponding content can be unlocked.
Apple and Google keep their own records of your transactions and handle billing, renewals, receipts and refunds under their own terms and privacy policies.
Third-party services
The App relies on the following external services. Each operates under its own terms and privacy policy, and only the services listed here are used by this App.
- Apple App Store — distribution, app updates and payment processing for purchases made on iOS
- Google Play — distribution, app updates and payment processing for purchases made on Android
Data retention
How long information is kept depends on what it is and why it was processed. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and to keep a record of it. Information held by Apple, Google or another service provider is retained according to that provider’s own policies.
Content the App stores on your device is under your control: removing it in the App, or uninstalling the App, removes it from the device. Uninstalling does not delete records held by Apple or Google about your purchases.
Children’s privacy
Starbase Adventures is not directed at children, and AgileConqueror does not knowingly solicit personal information from children. Age ratings for the App are shown on its store listing.
Apple and Google provide parental controls, including restrictions on in-app purchasing, on the devices they support.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to AgileConqueror, contact us at agileconqueror@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Security
AgileConqueror takes reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information the App handles.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Keeping your device and its operating system up to date, and protecting your store account, are important parts of keeping your information safe.
International processing
The App is distributed internationally, and the service providers described above operate infrastructure in more than one country. Information handled by those providers may therefore be processed in a jurisdiction other than your own, subject to the safeguards each provider applies under its own privacy policy and applicable law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
This policy may be updated as Starbase Adventures changes or as the services it relies on change. When it is, the effective and last-updated dates at the top of this page are revised, and the current version always remains available at this address. Material changes will be reflected in the App’s store listing declarations as well.
