These Terms of Use set out the agreement between you and AgileConqueror when you use Kobayashi Maru: Star Trek Test. They cover the licence you receive, how purchases work, and the limits that apply to both sides.

Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of Kobayashi Maru: Star Trek Test (the “App”), published by AgileConqueror. By downloading, installing, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to them, do not use the App. These Terms apply to Kobayashi Maru: Star Trek Test only; other AgileConqueror apps have their own.
Use of the App
The App is provided for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for the device you use it on, for your network connection, and for any costs your carrier or network provider charges you.
You agree not to misuse the App or use it in a way that breaks applicable law or interferes with anyone else’s use of it.
Licence
Subject to these Terms and to the rules of the store you downloaded from, AgileConqueror grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of the App on devices you own or control, for personal use.
This is a licence, not a sale. No ownership of the App, its code, its design or its content transfers to you. Any rights not expressly granted here are reserved.
Store terms
The App is distributed through Google Play. Your download, installation and any purchase are also subject to the terms and policies of the store you used, in addition to these Terms.

Where the store’s terms conflict with these Terms in relation to your download or purchase, the store’s terms govern that aspect.
In-app purchases
Kobayashi Maru: Star Trek Test offers optional digital purchases. Purchases are made and billed through your Google account, and AgileConqueror never handles your payment details.
Digital items have no monetary value outside the App and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
Refunds
Purchases made through Google Play are refunded according to that store’s policies, not by AgileConqueror directly. Requests go through Apple’s “Report a Problem” process or the order history in Google Play.
Nothing here limits refund or cancellation rights you may have under consumer law in your country.
Intellectual property
The App’s software, source code, interface design, original artwork, original text and the AgileConqueror name and logo are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. Except for the licence described above, no rights in them are granted to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or create derivative works from the App or any part of it, except where applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.
Kobayashi Maru: Star Trek Test is an independent, unofficial fan and companion app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to the owners of any franchise it refers to.
All third-party trade marks, service marks, character names, titles, logos and copyrighted works referenced in or by the App remain the property of their respective owners. AgileConqueror claims no ownership of them, and their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
User conduct
When using Kobayashi Maru: Star Trek Test, you agree not to:
- use the App for any unlawful purpose
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction
- interfere with, disrupt or place undue load on the App or the services it uses
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App, its data or its accounts
- circumvent purchase, entitlement or security mechanisms
Availability and changes to the App
AgileConqueror may add, change, suspend or discontinue features of Kobayashi Maru: Star Trek Test at any time, and may stop distributing or supporting the App entirely. Updates may be required for the App to keep working with current operating systems and store requirements.
The App is not guaranteed to be available without interruption, and no permanent availability of any specific feature is promised. Where a feature you have paid for is discontinued, your rights under consumer law and the refund policies of Google Play continue to apply.
Third-party services
Some functionality depends on services operated by other companies, each with its own terms:
- Google — distribution, updates and payment processing
AgileConqueror does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability or their content.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kobayashi Maru: Star Trek Test is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AgileConqueror does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will meet any particular requirement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded. Where that is the case, the exclusions above do not apply to you, and you keep the statutory rights your local law provides.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AgileConqueror shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising out of your use of, or inability to use, Kobayashi Maru: Star Trek Test.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as Kobayashi Maru: Star Trek Test changes. When they are, the effective and last-updated dates at the top of this page are revised, and the current version always remains available at this address. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
