AgileConqueror publishes Chronova: Watch Faces and respects the privacy of the people who use it. This policy explains what information is involved when you use the App, who else is involved in handling it, and how to get in touch about it.

Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how AgileConqueror handles information in connection with Chronova: Watch Faces (the “App”), published on Google Play.
It applies to this App only. Other AgileConqueror apps are published with their own policies, because the features and the services they rely on differ.
If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use of the App. Where local law gives you rights over your information, this policy does not limit them.
Information we may process
The App will be distributed through Google Play. As part of publishing it, AgileConqueror declares its data handling in the privacy questionnaire that store requires, and that declaration will be shown publicly on the App’s store listing. It is made to match the description below.
- Chronova is a phone app and a Wear OS watch app. It has no account system and includes no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting service, and it does not access your device’s advertising ID.
- Your profiles, their faces and schedules, your favourites, saved looks, wear history and settings are stored in the app’s private storage on your phone and on your watch. AgileConqueror does not receive them.
- The phone app and the watch app keep each other up to date through the Wear OS Data Layer, a Google Play services channel between your own paired devices.
- If Android backup is turned on, that data is included in your device’s backup to your Google account, under Google’s terms. Turning backup off in Android’s settings stops this.
- Purchases are made through Google Play. To confirm them and restore them on another phone, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous identifier created for the installation, the purchase records for this app — products, purchase tokens, dates, renewal and expiry — and the technical details that accompany any request, such as the app version, Android version, device model and IP address.
- The phone app may download new watch faces as signed catalogue updates from an AgileConqueror server. These requests carry no identifier and no cookies; as with any web request, the server sees the IP address they come from.
- When the app asks Google Play to show its review dialog, that dialog and anything you write in it are handled by Google Play.
- Chronova requests no location, contacts, calendar, health or sensor permissions. Information shown in a complication on a watch face — steps, battery, your next event — is drawn by Wear OS from the sources you choose; Chronova’s apps do not read it.
- The phone app uses internet access and Google Play billing for purchases and catalogue updates, and runs briefly in the background to switch profiles on your schedule and to check for catalogue updates. The watch app has no internet permission; its only special permissions are for installing Chronova’s watch face and making it the active face when you choose to.
- Uninstalling the apps, or clearing their storage in Android’s settings, deletes the data on your devices. To have RevenueCat’s purchase records for your installation deleted, write to the address in the Contact section.
Separately from the App, Google processes information about installs, purchases and crashes under its own privacy policy. AgileConqueror may see aggregated reports through the developer console Google provides.
Information you provide
When you contact AgileConqueror for support, you send us your email address along with whatever you choose to include — typically a description of the problem, your device model, your operating system version and the App version. That correspondence is used to answer you and to investigate the issue you reported.
Content you create inside the App — entries, progress, preferences and similar — is handled by the App as described on its store listing. The App does not require you to create an account.
In-app purchases and subscriptions
Chronova: Watch Faces offers in-app purchases and subscriptions. All payment transactions are processed by Google Play using the payment method on your store account.
AgileConqueror does not receive or store your card number, bank details or billing address. What reaches the App is the entitlement itself — whether a purchase or subscription is active — so that the corresponding content can be unlocked.
Google keeps its own records of your transactions and handles billing, renewals, receipts and refunds under its own terms and privacy policy.
Advertising
Chronova: Watch Faces is published without advertising. No third-party advertising network is included in the App.
Third-party services
The App relies on the following external services. Each operates under its own terms and privacy policy, and only the services listed here are used by this App.
- Google Play — distribution, app updates and payment processing for purchases made on Android
- RevenueCat — validating purchase and subscription status
Data retention
How long information is kept depends on what it is and why it was processed. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and to keep a record of it. Information held by Google or another service provider is retained according to that provider’s own policies.
Content the App stores on your device is under your control: removing it in the App, or uninstalling the App, removes it from the device. Uninstalling does not delete records held by Google about your purchases.
Children’s privacy
Chronova: Watch Faces is not directed at children, and AgileConqueror does not knowingly solicit personal information from children. Age ratings for the App are shown on its store listing.
Google provides parental controls, including restrictions on in-app purchasing, on the devices it supports.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to AgileConqueror, contact us at agileconqueror@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Security
AgileConqueror takes reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information the App handles.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Keeping your device and its operating system up to date, and protecting your store account, are important parts of keeping your information safe.
International processing
The App is distributed internationally, and the service providers described above operate infrastructure in more than one country. Information handled by those providers may therefore be processed in a jurisdiction other than your own, subject to the safeguards each provider applies under its own privacy policy and applicable law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
This policy may be updated as Chronova: Watch Faces changes or as the services it relies on change. When it is, the effective and last-updated dates at the top of this page are revised, and the current version always remains available at this address. Material changes will be reflected in the App’s store listing declarations as well.
